We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
30-Day Window All return and exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. We're unable to accommodate requests made after this period.
Return Shipping Labels A free return shipping label will be provided for exchanges and refunds to store credit. We do not provide a free return shipping label when returning an item for a refund to the original method of payment.
Size or Color Issues If your item isn't the right fit or color, we'll gladly offer an exchange or refund — either as store credit or back to your original payment method.
Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method, no questions asked.
Item Condition To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Items Purchased on Sale
Please note that items purchased while on sale or during promotional events are only eligible for exchange or store credit. Refunds to the original payment method are not available for sale items.
Holiday Season
Items eligible for a return and purchased between November 15, 2024 and December 21, 2024 can be returned for a refund or exchange until January 31, 2025.
To complete your return, please provide a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Please note that in certain situations, we may only be able to offer partial refunds. This applies to the following cases:
- Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not caused by our error.
- Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and send you an email to let you know we've received it. We will also let you know if your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, we will process it and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within a specific number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
To check the status of your refund, start by reviewing your bank account. If it hasn't been posted yet, contact your credit card company and then your bank. Refunds can take some time to process, so please be patient. If you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at hello@sownagain.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please send us an email at hello@sownagain.com.
Gifts
If you received an item as a gift that was marked as such when purchased and shipped directly to you, you are eligible for a gift credit equal to the value of the item you return. Once we receive the returned item, we will mail you a gift certificate.
However, if the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will refund the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.
