Why We Designed Two New Caps
Our Founders Cap has been the workhorse of the hat collection — a structured, six-panel silhouette with a leather strap that works year-round. But for summer 2026, we wanted to expand the range. Specifically, we wanted a more relaxed, broken-in option for hot weather and a coastal-inspired cap with serious character. The result is two distinct hats that solve different problems.
The Marina Cap — Distressed and Detailed
The Marina Cap is built for people who don't want a hat that looks new. The brim is intentionally distressed — pre-broken-in so you skip the awkward "stiff hat" phase. The crown sits in a casual, slightly relaxed fit, and the back closure is a real leather strap with a solid brass buckle (no plastic snapbacks here).

The Sea Explorer Cap — Relaxed and Lightweight
The Sea Explorer Cap takes a different approach. It's our lightest cap to date — built for hot weather, long beach days, and the kind of summer where you'd rather not feel a hat on your head at all.
The relaxed-fit construction means the crown sits softer, with less structure than a traditional six-panel cap. The lightweight build keeps your head cool, and the Sand colorway plays well with virtually everything in a summer wardrobe.
